How to submit a request
Email hello@mioplus.ai with the following:
- The email address on your account.
- The type of request: access, correct, delete, or export.
- Any details that help us verify your identity.
- If you are submitting on behalf of a minor, your relationship to the account holder.
Response time
We respond within 45 days, as required by California law. If we need more time to verify or fulfill the request, we will let you know within that window.
No retaliation
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
